Kim has always been immersed in music.  Born to parents who nurtured her with lullabies and classical music, Kim studied formally on multiple instruments from kindergarten through college.  She has been writing, performing, and teaching music for over thirty years.

 

Coupled with her love of music is Kim’s love of teaching. Her approach involves a deep understanding of how varied the paths of successful learning can be from one person to another. Her patience is fueled by a caring interest in each student and a commitment to providing every student quality music education.
